Winners of 37th Annual Japanese Language Speech Contest Back

The Consulate General of Japan and the Japanese American Association of Northern California (Hokka Nichi Bei Kai) held the 37th Annual Japanese Speech Contest at the Consulate's Japan Information Center on Sunday, November 7th, 2010. A total of 38 contestants participated and gave a speech on topics such as the influence of Japanese culture and Japanese language education, and their experiences in Japan. A number of people attended the event and the site was filled with excitement. After an incredibly close contest, the contestants listed below were announced winners. The Consulate would like to extend our sincere congratulations to all the winners and praise all the contestants for their hard work.
