the SOUTH (Peninsula, South Bay) |
Take 101 North to 80 East, and take the last exit (4th &Embarcadero).
Cross 4th and proceed straight on Bryant. Turn left onto 2nd, and right
on Folsom. Go to Fremont and turn left.The office is on the corner of Fremont
and Mission.

Take 80 West and cross the Bay Bridge. Take the first exit on the right-hand
side (Fremont St.). Proceed down Fremont to Mission Street. The office
is on the corner of Fremont and Mission.

Take Highway 101 South, across the Golden Gate Bridge. Take the Lombard
St. exit, follow Lombard, then turn right on Van Ness Ave. Turn left on
Bush St., then follow Bush to Market St. Make a left onto Market St. for
2 blocks. Turn right onto Beale St., then right on Mission, and then another
right on Fremont. The office is on the corner of Fremont and Mission.

Notice to Visitors to our Consulate office |
Due to the implementation of 50 Fremont's new Building Access Control
System, all visitors will be requested to show a photo ID at the reception
upon entering the Building. After showing your photo ID, the receptionist
will issue a visitor pass for you. Therefore, please make sure that you
bring your photo ID with you.
Upon receiving a visitor pass, input the desired floor “23” on the Panel in the Elevator Hall and enter the designated elevator. If you are visiting the Japan Information Center on the 22nd floor, please let the staff at the elevator hall know your intentions.
