The JET Program not only offers a great opportunity to live and work
in Japan, but also a chance to meet and create individual friendships
with Japanese people. The following stories, from members of the JET
Alumni Association of Northern California, are examples of the memorable,
very "human" experiences you may encounter while living overseas
on the JET Program.
