On Tuesday, March 21st, Consul General Yamada awarded the Consul General’s Commendation to Ms. Amya Miller, Principal Consultant for the City of Rikuzentakata for her contributions in promoting the US-Japan School Exchange Program between students from Iwate Prefecture’s Takata High School and California’s Del Norte High School.
Ms. Miller also gave Consul General Yamada a status report on the exchange program between the two schools at this time.
