On Sunday, May 21st, the 18th Hakone Matsuri Festival was held at Hakone Gardens in Saratoga. Consul General Yamada gave remarks at the opening ceremony.
Attendees were entertained by a variety of cultural attractions and performances, as well as a wide array of Japanese cuisine. The consulate also held an information booth and distributed materials on education, travel, and culture in Japan.
