JET participants listen to presentations at the Pre-Departure Orientation
On Friday, July 28th, the Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco held a Pre-departure Orientation for the 114 new participants of the 2017 JET Program, followed by a Farewell Reception hosted by Consul General Yamada at his official residence. On the following day, the JETs left San Francisco to Japan, and will head to their designated prefectures after a 3 day orientation in Tokyo.
