Over three days from Tuesday, September 12 to Thursday, September 14, the Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco hosted a series of workshops entitled "Design Thinking x Japan ~ Re-imagine Japan Tourism" to develop ideas on how to reach ambitious new targets for foreign tourism. Those in attendance included 60 representatives from Japanese organizations and 160 students from 37 countries, who were members of SAP Academy's new recruits. Together, they engaged in design thinking exercises to create new and innovative ideas for promoting tourism to Japan.
