On Sunday, October 1, Consul General Jun Yamada participated in and greeted the audience during the opening ceremony of the 12th Annual Millbrae Japanese Culture Festival which was held in Millbrae.
Japanese cultural performances including taiko drumming, martial arts, singing, and Japanese dance were held on stage. The Consulate staffed the Japan Information Booth to provide information on Japanese culture, tourism, and studying in Japan.
