On Friday, October 13, Deputy Consul General Shoichi Nagayoshi attended the ceremony at the Stanford Graduate School of Education awarding Dr. Gary Mukai, Director of the Stanford Program on International and Cross-cultural Education (SPICE), the Alumni Excellence in Education Award and offered his congratulatory remarks.
