“Study in Japan Information Session” at University of California, Santa Cruz

On Tuesday, November 7, the Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco and the UCSC Study Abroad Office co-presented an information session on study abroad opportunities in Japan and the MEXT scholarships at UC Santa Cruz. UCSC students heard presentations from Consulate staff members on study abroad opportunities for college students in Japan and the MEXT scholarships. Two current students, one from the US, and one from Japan, talked about their experiences as international students. The presentations were followed by a lively Q & A session with the speakers where the students asked many questions.
