On Sunday, December 10, Consul General Yamada was invited to a Diplomatic Hanukkah Celebration hosted by the American Jewish Committee San Francisco and had the honor, together with other fellow Consul Generals, to light one of the 8 candles on hanukkiah. Mr. David Harris, the AJC CEO joined the celebration from New York and talked with Consul General Yamada. Both appreciated the ongoing excellent cooperation between Japan and the AJC.
