Panel Discussion on North Korea’s Nuclear Issue at Stanford University

On Wednesday, January 31, Deputy Consul General Nagayoshi participated as a panelist in a discussion on North Korea organized by a student organization from Stanford University’s Freeman Spogli Institute. The panel included Deputy Consul General of ROK Jimin Kim and Visiting Adjunct Professor Kyou-Hyun Kim(former Senior Secretary to the President). The panel discussed Japan, ROK and the U.S. position on North Korea’s nuclear issue, and the importance of strengthening collaboration between Japan, U.S., and ROK.
