On Saturday, April 7, Consul General Tomochika Uyama, along with Honorary Consul General of Japan in Las Vegas Kathleen Blakely, attended the 3rd Annual Kizuna Japanese Spring Festival in Las Vegas. Consul General Uyama enjoyed interacting with the local people while celebrating Japanese culture.
