On Sunday, April 29, Deputy Consul General Nagayoshi attended the 41st Nikkei Matsuri in San Jose Japantown, and gave remarks during the opening ceremony. Nikkei Matsuri is an annual festival that celebrates Japanese and Japanese American culture and traditions. The Consulate also held a booth at the festival with information on Japanese culture, tourism, and the JET Program.
