On Sunday, May 6th, Consul General Tomochika Uyama hosted a reception at his official residence for Music of Remembrance (MOR). Guests were able to witness an exclusive preview of MOR’s upcoming May 24th concert at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Performers included Mr. Shinji Eshima and Ms. Beni Shinohara of the San Francisco Opera, Mr. Charles Chandler of the San Francisco Symphony, Ms. Roslyn Barak of Congregation Emanu-El, Ms. Mina Miller of Music of Remembrance, and Ms. Keiko Shimosato Carreiro of San Francisco Mime Troupe.
