On Wednesday, June 13th, Consul General Tomochika Uyama hosted the conferment ceremony and reception for the 2017 Autumn Decoration bestowed upon Dr. Condoleezza Rice, 66th Secretary of State of the United States of America.
Dr. Rice received the Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun for her contributions towards bilateral relations and promoting friendship between Japan and the United States.
