On Sunday, August 19, Deputy Consul General Shoichi Nagayoshi attended the San Francisco Okinawa Kenjin Kai’s 2018 Keirokai in San Mateo. Deputy Consul General Nagayoshi gave congratulatory remarks to the seniors, including Mr. Frank Higashi, a veteran of the U.S. Army Military Intelligence Service who turned 100 years old this year.
