On Friday, September 7, Consul General Tomochika Uyama hosted the Saitama Prefecture PR Event, “Visit Saitama and Experience Regional Sake and More!” at his official residence in San Francisco, and gave a welcoming address. At the reception, Saitama Governor Kiyoshi Ueda introduced local Saitama industries, artisanal specialties, and sightseeing opportunities. The successful event concluded with guests sampling a large variety of delicious food and sake from Saitama.
