On Saturday, September 8, Consul General Tomochika Uyama attended and delivered opening remarks at a welcome dinner for the Shimonoseki delegation in Pittsburg. Pittsburg and Shimonoseki are celebrating the 20th anniversary of their sister city relationship, and have conducted several exchange activities just this year that have included students, citizens, and city officials.
