The 20th COPANI Convention Organizing Committee President Mr. Roger Oyama, saying a few words
On Thursday, September 20, Consul General Tomochika Uyama hosted the Kickoff Reception for Pan-American Nikkei Conference (COPANI) San Francisco 2019. During his opening speech, Consul General Uyama expressed his expectations for strengthening the connections between Nikkei communities through the 20th Biennial COPANI, to be held in San Francisco in September 2019.
