“ONCE IN JAPAN” Photo Contest 2018 Winners and Exhibit

The Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco is pleased to announce the results for its “ONCE IN JAPAN” Photo Contest 2018. 60 contestants submitted photographs from their recent trips to Japan, sharing the memories and stories of their unique experiences in Japan.

Consul General Uyama and representatives of local Japan-related organizations selected winners from nearly 180 photos. First, Second, and Third Prize Winners will be awarded digital cameras from contest sponsor, Canon USA.

The finalists’ photos will be displayed at the Japan Information & Cultural Center’s gallery from Monday, October 22 through Friday, December 14. We hope you will be able to visit our gallery.
