On Saturday, February 2, Consul General Tomochika Uyama attended and delivered remarks at the 40th anniversary celebration of the Salinas-Ichikikushikino sister city relationship. During his remarks, Consul General Uyama presented the Salinas-Ichikikushikino Sister City Association with the Consul General’s Commendation, in honor of their longtime contribution to sister city exchanges.
