San Jose State students learn about study opportunities in Japan

On Monday, March 4, the Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco and San Jose State University co-hosted an information session on study abroad opportunities in Japan and the MEXT scholarships at San Jose State. The students attending heard presentations from Consulate staff members, a former SJSU exchange student to Japan, and representatives from two Japanese universities on study abroad opportunities for US college students in Japan and the MEXT scholarships. The presentations were followed by a lively Q & A session with the speakers where the students asked many questions.
