On Saturday, March 23, staff from the Consulate General of Japan attended San Mateo Gakuyen’s School Festival, which was held as part of the school’s 100th anniversary. At the Festival each class had their own booth showcasing Japanese culture, and on the stage students gave an enjoyable talent show. The official ceremony for the school’s 100th anniversary is scheduled to be held in November.
