On Monday, March 25, Consul General in San Francisco Uyama and Consul General in Los Angeles Chiba attended a reception with the international community in California hosted at the State Capitol in Sacramento by Ambassador Kounalakis, the 50th Lieutenant Governor of California. They exchanged views on the future of the California-Japan relationship.
