Welcome remarks from Saratoga Vice Mayor Miller
On Wednesday, March 27, Deputy Consul General Iryu attended and spoke at an evening cherry blossom viewing reception at Hakone Garden in Saratoga. Also in attendance were Saratoga Vice-Mayor Howard Miller and event sponsor Netgear CEO Patrick Lo. Attendees enjoyed evening viewing of the sakura accompanied by traditional Japanese koto music.
