Congratulatory remarks by Consul General Uyama
On April 11 Consul General Uyama attended a Grant Ceremony at California State University, East Bay. Last year, California State University East Bay successfully applied for the “Japanese Language Course Grant” from the Japan Foundation, Los Angeles office. The grant will be used to establish a Japanese language Minor at the school and which will be offered for the first time in the fall semester.
