On Wednesday, May 22, Consul General in San Francisco Tomochika Uyama and Consul General in Los Angeles Akira Chiba attended a reception for the Consular Corps in California hosted by CalChamber in Sacramento. Consul General Uyama and Consul General Chiba had a conversation about cooperation between Japan and California with Mr. Gavin Newsom, Governor of California, who attended the reception as the special guest.
