Ms. Suzuki is conferred the Foreign Minister’s Commendation
On Wednesday, September 11, Consul General Uyama hosted a conferment ceremony and reception at his official residence for Ms. Joan Yusui Suzuki, recipient of the Foreign Minister’s Commendation. Ms. Suzuki was recognized for her great contributions to promoting Japanese culture in Northern California through her role as an Ikebana instructor.
