On Sunday, October 6, Consul General Uyama attended and spoke at the opening ceremony of the 14th Annual Millbrae Japanese Culture Festival, held in Millbrae.
Japanese cultural performances including Japanese dance, singing, martial arts, and taiko drumming. The Consulate staffed its Japan Information booth to provide information on Japanese culture, tourism, and studying in Japan.
