Consul General Uyama Celebrates 35th Anniversary of Saratoga-Muko Sister City Relationship

On Friday, October 18, Consul General Uyama attended and led a toast at the farewell dinner for the Muko City delegation of Kyoto Prefecture. The delegation visited Saratoga to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Saratoga-Muko sister city relationship. The origins of this relationship began when a Muko resident helped renovate the historic Hakone Gardens, a Japanese garden located in Saratoga.
