On Saturday, November 2, Consul General Uyama attended the San Mateo Nippon Gakuyen’s 100th Anniversary Celebration at College of San Mateo and conferred the Foreign Minster’s Commendation to San Mateo Nippon Gakuyen for their years of dedicated commitments to the promotion of Japanese language and culture.
