Keizai Silicon Valley’s 2020 New Year’s Reception

On Friday, January 24, Keizai Silicon Valley hosted its 30th annual New Year’s Reception. During the evening's program, Consul General Uyama delivered remarks. Mr. Kaname Hayashi, Founder and CEO of GROOVE X, Inc., which produces the LOVOT next generation family-type robot, and Mr. Guy Kawasaki, Silicon Valley venture capitalist and author, were honored by the organization this year. A kagami-wari (ceremonial sake cask opening) was performed during the reception.
