On Saturday, September 26, Consul General Maeda delivered a video message at the 5th Annual San Francisco Osaka Matsuri, which was held via Facebook Live. In his message, Consul General Maeda expressed his appreciation for the efforts to maintain grassroots exchange between Osaka and San Francisco. He also expressed his hope that the sister city relationship between the two cities will be restored and deepened in the near future.
