On Sunday, August 29, the U.S.-Japan Friendship Cup Tennis Tournament hosted by the Japan Society of Northern California was held in San Mateo, CA and Deputy Consul General Keiichi Higuchi attended the event. Founded in 1987, the friendly tournament is an opportunity for the people of Japan and the U.S. to connect and play tennis together. Deputy Consul General Higuchi awarded the Consul General’s Cup to the tournament champion.
