Consul General Kawamura gives his remarks
On Friday, November 19, Consul General Kawamura attended the Japan Society of Northern California’s 35th Annual Award of Honor Gala. Consul General Kawamura led a toast, congratulating this year’s honorees Moderna, Inc. and Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited.
The event was hosted by Gala Chair Ms. Nobuko Saito Cleary and was held at the historic War Memorial Opera House, where the signing of the San Francisco Peace Treaty took place 70 years ago.
