On Saturday, April 2, the 5th Kizuna Japanese Spring Festival was held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Deputy Consul General Kishimori attended and spoke at the opening ceremony, stressing on the importance of grassroots events like the Kizuna Japanese Spring Festival in connecting Japan and Nevada.
Over 5,000 people attended the festival, which was held for the first time since 2019. Attendees enjoyed a number of Japanese cultural performances, including Japanese traditional dance, music, and martial arts.
