On Tuesday, April 5, Deputy Consul General Kishimori attended and spoke at an evening cherry blossom viewing reception at Hakone Garden in Saratoga. Also in attendance were Saratoga Mayor Tina Walia, Saratoga City Councilmembers, and representatives of the Saratoga-Muko sister city organization. Attendees enjoyed viewing the garden and illuminated blossoms.
