Acting Consul General Kishimori gives remarks
On Saturday, August 6, the Cupertino-Toyokawa Sister Cities Association held a bell-ringing ceremony at Cupertino Memorial Park in memory of the 77th anniversary of the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and the bombing of Toyokawa. Acting Consul General Kishimori, Mayor Darcy Paul of Cupertino, and others attended the ceremony and gave remarks, praying for the souls of the victims, and rang bells for lasting peace in the world.
