On Tuesday, August 9, Acting Consul General Kishimori attended the "Welcome to YAMANASHI" PR event held in San Francisco by Yamanashi Prefectural Government. At the event, Mr. Akaoka, Director General of the Culture and Tourism Department of Yamanashi Prefectural Government, gave a presentation on the attractions of Yamanashi Prefecture to press and travel agents in attendance. Sake and wine made in Yamanashi and model courses on Yamanashi's cultural and tourist resources were also introduced. Acting Consul General Kishimori gave a toast during the program.
