On Wednesday, August 31, NEXT SF held a sake webinar, "Discover Sake." Panelists from San Francisco Japantown and sake-related businesses, including restaurants and breweries, gave presentations on the history of sake, how it is made, and ways to enjoy it. Acting Consul General Kishimori gave a video message, saying that he hoped many people would learn about traditional Japanese sake culture through this seminar and encouraged the audience to visit Japantown to enjoy sake.
