Ms. Nobuko Saito Cleary has dedicated many years to introducing and promoting Japanese culture in Northern California through various capacities and a wide range of fields. She has demonstrated the diversity and depth of Japanese culture to the public as Chairman of Japanese Cultural Programs at Tateuchi Hall at the Community School of Music and Arts, a non-profit organization that provides education in the arts, particularly music, and as Event Chair of Japanese Cultural Day at Hidden Villa, a non-profit organization that provides education on nature, agriculture, and other topics. She continues to tirelessly promote and promulgate Japanese culture.
