Consul General Noguchi gives New Year's greetings

On Thursday, January 26, Consul General Noguchi, together with Honorary Consul of Japan in Las Vegas Kathleen Blakely, hosted a New Year’s celebration in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Around 70 guests joined the reception, including Lieutenant Governor Stavros Anthony and representatives of state and local governments, Japan-affiliated companies, and community organizations. During his remarks, Consul General Noguchi highlighted the growth of economic and cultural foundations making up the Japan-Nevada relationship. He reaffirmed the Consulate’s commitment to provide even further support going forward.
Ikebana flower arrangements prepared by Ms. Kika Shibata of the Sogetsu School were displayed throughout the venue.
