On Saturday, April 1, the 6th Kizuna Japanese Spring Festival was held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Consul General Noguchi attended and spoke at the opening ceremony, expressing his gratitude for the strong Japanese and Japanese American community in Southern Nevada and the importance of cultural events like the Spring Festival.
Attendees enjoyed a number of Japanese cultural performances and activities, including Japanese traditional dance, music, ikebana, and martial arts.
