Consul General Noguchi presents a wreath
On Sunday, May 28, Consul General Noguchi attended the Memorial Ceremony for the USS San Francisco held at Land's End in San Francisco.
In his address, Consul General Noguchi expressed his condolences on behalf of the Japanese Government and people to all of the victims of World War II and stated that we must continue our efforts to ensure global peace and maintain the friendly relationship between Japan and the United States.
