Dignitaries break ground on the Hanami Line
Congratulations by Consul General Noguchi
On Thursday, June 29, Consul General Noguchi participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the Hanami Line project at Robert T. Matsui Park in Sacramento, where he joined other stakeholders to break ground on the project and offered his congratulations on the start of construction. Once complete, the Hanami Line will be a space for Sacramento residents and visitors to enjoy springtime cherry blossoms along the Sacramento River.
