Return Reception for 2023 Shinzen & Takahashi Youth Programs

On Sunday, August 20, Consul General Noguchi hosted a return reception for the Shinzen Nikkei Youth Goodwill Program and the Takahashi Youth Ambassador Program, Japanese American delegations to Japan this past summer organized by the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California (JCCCNC) and based around sports exchange (Shinzen) and leadership (Takahashi). During his speech, Consul General Noguchi expressed his hope that the students will make use of the experience gained through these programs and serve as a bridge between Japan and the United States in the future.
