Chorale May sings the Star Spangled Banner
On Saturday, December 16, the Golden State Warriors held their second-ever Japanese Heritage Night at Chase Center in San Francisco.
Consul General Osumi joined the pregame ceremony, ringing the bell to welcome the Warriors on to the court. Japan-related programming featured the Halftime Show by UZUMARU Yosakoi of San Jose, the singing of the U.S. National Anthem by San Francisco Japanese men’s choir Chorale May, and on-court scrimmage by local Japanese American youth basketball teams.
