On Saturday, January 20, Consul General Osumi attended the Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Northern California’s (JCCCNC) 69th annual New Year’s Party. The Consul General spoke about the ongoing cooperation between JCCNC and the consulate to strengthen the economic and cultural ties between Japan and Northern California. This year, Japanese singer Rimi Natsukawa was the featured guest entertainer.
