Upcoming Event “Building a Sustainable Future”
2024/2/28

On Monday, March 4, the Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco, in partnership with the Japan Society of Northern California (JSNC) will hold an event called “Building a Sustainable Future: Open Innovation between California and Japan to Tackle Climate Change!” This program will introduce technologies and services developed by leading Japanese companies in Silicon Valley while considering future challenges in the areas of climate change and energy.
This event aims to provide a platform for both large Japanese corporations and local startups to come together, share what kinds of technology they are developing, and find space to collaborate while solving their most pressing problems through open innovation. The event will also feature an expert VC panel that will evaluate the latest ClimateTech trends and discuss how to enhance open innovation between large corporations and start-ups.
